Removing and installing transmission
You will need: the keys "12", "14", "19". | | 4. Mark in any way (such as paint) the relative position of the tip and pull the shift lever to maintain adjustment of the drive at the back of the installation box. | 5. Loosen the screw clamp, terminal control transmission gear selection ... |
| | 6. ... and disconnect rod tip and the gear lever. | 7. Disconnect the engine wiring harness from the speed sensor ... |
| | 8. ... and from the reverse gear switch. | 9. Remove the two nuts bracket bolts clutch slave cylinder by holding the bottom bolt from turning the second key. |
10. Move aside the clutch slave cylinder assembly from the bracket and hose. | | 11. Establish a support under the engine oil sump, using a section of the board as a spacer. | 12. Establish a support under the transmission and remove the three bolts of the bracket left Front Mount the power unit to the gearbox. |

| | 16. ... and the four bolts (turn-key "14") fixing the oil sump to the gearbox housing. | 17. Remove the bolts the gearbox to the engine block, located next to the starter ... |
18. ... and close to the eye the gearbox mounting bracket for the clutch slave cylinder. 20. ... and remove the gearbox from the vehicle with the rear suspension support of the power unit.
A WARNING Do not rely on the input shaft end of diaphragm spring clutch, so as not to deform them. |
21. Set the transmission in reverse order of removal.
HELPFUL ADVICE Before installing gearbox, apply a thin layer of grease to the input shaft spline part. |
