Withdrawal

The hinge bolt (A) securing the generator: 20-25 N ??? m
Bolt (B) fastening of the generator: 15-22 N ??? m
Bolt bracket generator: 20-28 N ??? m |

Check
Check the following items and the presence of defects replace them.

Examine the surface of the V-ribbed belt on the absence of uneven wear. |  | 4. Check the surface of the pulley for cracks or damage. |

| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Install the pump pulley and secure it with screws. | | 2. After installing the poly V-belt, adjust its tension. |

A warning  Check the location of the edges of the V-ribbed belt pulley groove.
If the V-ribbed belt makes unusual noise, check the belt for wear and damage, as well as working surfaces of pulleys.
|  | 2. The special device measure a tension of the alternator drive belt. In the absence of a special device, check the belt tension, having pressed on it effort of 100 N (10 kg) in a place located on identical removal from pulleys and measure a belt deflection. Alternator belt tension:
New belt: 65-75 kg
Second hand strap: 40 kg
Verification: 35-50 kg
Belt tension generator and the power steering pump:
New belt: 55-70 kg
Second hand strap: 38-48 kg
Belt tension generator and air conditioner:
New belt: 60-70 kg
Second hand strap: 32-40 kg
Verification: 25-50 kg Reused belt is considered to be a belt, worked on the engine for more than 5 minutes. |

Tension measurement special device type A
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |  | When measuring the tension of the V-ribbed belt, the device should not touch the other components of the engine. |

A warning It is not recommended to adjust the tension of the belt by hand, as this regulation does not provide sufficient accuracy and the belt can slip on the pulleys. Always use a special device.
Check that the tension of the belt corresponds to the desired value.
Check the belt tension after tightening the hinge screws and bolts of the generator.
