Removing and installing transmission

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect in the first place, the wire from the negative terminal of the battery, and then - on the positive. Remove the drain plug and drain into a suitable container gear oil from the gearbox.
	2. Remove the air filter.
3. Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect the hoses and the return of the transmission fluid to the radiator.
	A warning To exclude getting into the gearbox dust and dirt, close the openings with suitable plugs.
4. Remove the wire transmission control.
	5. Remove the speedometer cable.
	6. Disconnect electric sockets from the pulse generator, the transmission range switch, the switch actuator forced inclusion downshift solenoid valve and temperature sensor Transmission Fluid.
	7. Remove the bolts top of the transmission to the engine.
8. Special adaptation support the engine so that the engine weight was perceived device.
9. Remove the anti-roll bar, tie rod, ball joint of the lower arm and drive shafts.
10. Remove the hinge pins connecting the gearbox mounting bolts and the return pipe.
	11. Remove the screws and remove the lower frame.
	12. Remove the starter.
13. Turn out bolts of fastening of a transmission.
14. Pull the transmission from the engine.
15. Remove the transmission from the car.
	A warning When installing the gearbox must be observed sequence of installation brackets. 1) Support bracket engine. 2) Upper bracket gearbox. 3) Rear bracket. 4) The front bracket.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	Replace the front part of the transmission torque converter and set the transmission to the engine.
A warning If the converter is first set to the motor when setting the gearbox may be damaged O-ring transmission.
