Damper strut front suspension

A warning * Marked nut which must be tightened to torque only after setting the vehicle on its wheels. Withdrawal
Dismantling
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. An edge of a flathead screwdriver to remove the dust cap. | | 2. The special adaptation compress a spring strut front suspension. | A warning For the spring, use only reliable tool.
| 3. Loosen the lock nut at the top of the damper rod. | 4. Remove the support bar, the upper spring seat, coil spring, dust cover and the lower spring seat. |

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Check the bearing support of a rack for wear or damage. | 2. Check the rubber parts for damage or deterioration in their condition. | 3. Check the coil spring in the absence of depression and loss of elasticity. | | 4. Check the damper as follows:
a. Grasp the shock-absorber rod a few times and push and pull it out of the shock absorber; b. check that the rod moves smoothly, without jamming, and the force applied to the rod, does not change with each turn; c. make sure that when the rod no extraneous noise. |

Assembly
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Install the lower spring seat so that its tabs into the holes in the spring plate. | 2. Replace the shock absorber dust cover. | 3. The special adaptation compress a spring strut front suspension. After a complete spring set it to shock. | A warning Set coil spring markings directed to the hinge.
| 4. Fully extend the shock-absorber rod and set the upper spring seat and a support strut. | | A warning Align the D-hole in the upper spring seat with the flats on the damper rod.
| | 5. Position the upper and lower ends of the coil spring, setting them in the recess, and screw the self-locking nut, but do not tighten it completely. | 6. Remove the adaptation for spring compression. | 7. Tighten the self-locking nut required torque. Torque: 60-70 N ??? m | 8. Lubricate the upper bearing strut and install the dust cap. | A warning Make sure that the lubricant is not got to support racks rubber parts.
