Lower arm front suspension

1 - nut 35-45 N ??? m;
2 - nut 35-45 N ??? m;
3 - nut 45-60 N ??? m;
4 - rear engine mount;
5 - a bolt to 30-40 N ??? m;
6 - anti-roll bar;

7 - lower frame;
8 - a bolt, 95-120 N ??? m;
9 - a bolt, 95-120 N ??? m;
10 - the lower arm front suspension;
11 - a nut, 60-72 N ??? m.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the front wheel.
2. Remove the cotter pin from the drive shaft, unscrew the nut and remove the washer fixing the drive shaft to the front wheel hub.
3. Loosen the nut on the ball joint of the lower arm, but do not remove it completely.
4. Remove the two screws on the bottom of the rack to the steering knuckle.
5. Pushing the outside knuckle, remove the drive shaft from the hub.
	6. 09568-34000 stripper squeeze out a pin of the ball joint from the knuckle.
7. Temporarily install the lower bolt strut front suspension.
8. Remove the nut rod stabilizer.
	9. Remove the bolt of the front side of the lower arm and the rear hub mounting bolts.
10. Remove the lower arm.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Fix the stabilizer rod wrench open-end wrench 14 mm and screw the self-locking nut.

Dismantling

Replacing a ball joint and a dust cover

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Blade screwdriver, remove the dust cover from the ball joint of the lower arm.
2. Remove the snap ring.
	3. kapron hammer separate the ball joint of the lower arm.
	4. The special tool press in new ball joint in the lower arm.
5. Install the snap ring.
	6. The special tool establish a dust cover.
