Adjustment of a backlash gear

Check keeping winding of the traction relay

Checking the return plunger traction relay

Performance tests (idling)

Gear Freewheel
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. To remove the freewheel to the shaft of the rotor, you must first remove the thrust ring. |  | 2. Move to the thrust ring gear and remove the snap ring. Now thrust ring can be removed from the shaft. |

Check rotor winding
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |  | 1. An ohmmeter check up conductivity between the collector and the rotor. In the presence of conductivity replace the rotor. |  | 2. In a special device, check the rotor winding.

Checking the stator coils

Check brushes

Checking freewheel
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |  | Check the condition of gear teeth freewheel and, if damaged, replace it. Also check the condition of the teeth of the flywheel.
Turn gear. Gear should be free to rotate clockwise and locked when turning clockwise |

Replacement brush

Replacing the rear hub

Fitting the starter
