Withdrawal | Before removing the drive shafts towels close all the sharp edges around the drive shaft, which covers provide protection from damage. When removing the drive shaft being careful not to stretch the constant velocity joint, as this can occur separation of internal components and possible joint damage. CV joints and a protective cover must be protected when working with the drive shafts or near them. |
Dismantling | | - Remove the two screws and remove the brake disc from the front hub.

| - Remove the retaining ring.
|
| - Install special tools 09517-29000, 09517-21500, as shown in the figure.
|
- Turn the special tool, remove the front wheel hub from the knuckle.
- Remove the special tool and a dust ring.
| - The special tool 09495-33000, 09551-31000, remove the inner ring of the bearing from a nave.
|
| - Special tool 09495 - 33100, 09517-29000, remove the outer ring of the bearing from the steering knuckle.
|
|
|
Check | - Check hub for cracks and wear.
- Check the brake disc for the development and damage.
- Check the knuckle for cracks.
- Check the bearing for cracks or damage.

Assembly Setting | - Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
| Tighten the screw connections required moments in the following order: Nut drive shaft: 200-260 N ??? m Nut trunnion ball joint of the lower arm to the steering knuckle: 60-72 N ??? m Nut steering knuckle to the rack: 130-150 N ??? m |
- Install the rack and the drive shaft in the steering knuckle.
- Connect the sensor ABS.
- Install the caliper.
- Tighten the nut trunnion ball joint of the lower arm to the steering knuckle.
- Tighten the nut trunnion ball rod end to the knuckle and lock pin.
- Place the washer and tighten the castellated nut.
| - Install the cotter pin.

- Install the wheel.
|
