Remove the cotter pin, remove the washer, and the pin head and the cotter pin hole, connecting the clutch pedal with the pusher (Fig. 3.20, 3.21). Remove the bolt from the clutch pedal.
Check Check the shaft and sleeve pedals for wear. Check the clutch pedal in the absence of bending and deformation. Check the return spring for damage and loss of elasticity. Check the clutch pedal pad for damage and wear. Remove the lock switch of the ignition switch and check for continuity between the terminals of the connector. Pressing the pusher switch between contacts "1" and "2" switch connector should be conductivity.
Setting Before installation grease sleeve clutch pedal lubricant SAE J310, NGLI ?��1. Screw bolt clutch pedal. Lubricate the pin, washer and a pin with a head and an aperture under shplintsmazochnym material SAE J310, NGLI ?��2. Install the pushrod to the clutch pedal. Adjust the length of the pusher.
