Elements of the mechanism of switching control of the automatic transmission shown in Fig. 3.43. Removal mechanism shift control of an automatic transmission in the following sequence: - Spring 2; - Cap 3; - Pen 4; - Bolt 5; - A bolt 7; - Indicator panel 6; - Switch bracket 8; - Magnetic switch 23; - Nut 9; - A clamp 10; - A bolt 18; - The parking brake bracket 15; - A shaft 14; - 13 lever control cable transmission; - A bolt 17; - A spring latch 16; - Lever assembly 12; - The lever switch 11; - The pin 22; - A spring 20, cam; - The locking cam 21; - Bracket assembly 19. Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Installing the locking cam
| Fig. 3.44. Installation position locking cams: 1 - the main locking cam; 2 - switch locking cam; 3 - locking pin; A - plane switching contact of the locking cam; In - the location of the main locking cam from the stopper; P, R, N, D - the selector lever position
|
The selector lever in position ?P?, so that the main locking cam and the locking cam switch are arranged as shown in Fig. 3.44. Make sure that the main locking cam located near the place of B (see. Fig. 3.44) at the stopper. Make sure the locking cam switch located near the plane A. Make sure that the master cylinder is set to ?LOCK?.
Adjustment of a cable lock switch
| Fig. 3.45. Adjustment of a cable lock switch: 1 - the main locking cam; 2 - spring; 3 - a cable lock switch; 4 - washer; A - the main direction of movement of the locking cam; In - the main direction of movement of the locking cable; C - direction of movement of the cable lock switch; P, R, N, D - the selector lever position
|
Ensure that each locking cam is mounted in the position shown in Fig. 3.45. Install a cable lock of the main switch and the cable clamp. In this case, fixing the cable must be attached to the brake pedal, and the main cable clamp - to the master cylinder. Temporarily install each cable in the selector lever, as shown in Fig. 3.45. Firmly insert the tip of each wire into the locking pin of each cap. Slightly pull the cable fixing switch in the direction C (see. Fig. 3.45). After making sure that the cable end is in contact with the locking rod, fix its self-tapping screws. Gently push the head locking cam in the direction A. To tighten the head fixing rope, a little pull in the direction of B, then fix its self-tapping screws. Make sure that the cable locking switch and the main fixing rope secured.
Checking locking switch If not pressed the brake pedal, push button selector lever in position ?P? does not have to work - the selector lever can not be moved out of position ?P? in any other position. If you press the brake pedal at a distance of 15-22 mm (the selector lever in position ?P?), the start button must work without gripping and the selector lever can be smoothly switched to the other position. If you do not brake pedal is depressed, the selector lever must be smoothly switched to the position ?P? from all other positions. The brake pedal should move smoothly without binding. If the key is in the ignition switch is set to ?LOCK?, push button should work even if the brake pedal is pressed. The key in the ignition switch can be turned to position ?LOCK?, only when the selector lever is in position ?P?. If the selector lever is in position ?P?, the key in the ignition switch should smoothly rotate to position ?LOCK?.
