Removing and installing air conditioner compressor
WARNINGS Lubrication for air conditioning compressor is very hygroscopic. |
When working, use only fresh operating materials. Never remove the plug Gulf oil to the compressor, if the circuit is filled with refrigerant.
Remove the battery and battery support. Remove the cap of the radiator shroud. Discharge the air conditioning system. Loosen and remove the air conditioning compressor belt. Remove the high pressure hose.

Remove the air conditioning compressor mounting bolts (Fig. 9.6). Remove the air conditioning compressor. Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following: 1) Measure the amount of oil (X) in the removal of the compressor; 2) Pour the compressor oil (Y), the amount of which is calculated according to the formula 150 X = Y (cm3).
