Service hinges and locks

Every 4800 km (3000 miles) or every three years should be lubricated with light oil or grease special lock assembly hinges and locks the doors (including the tailgate) and bonnet. Impact striker plate should also be covered with a thin layer of grease to reduce wear and ensure freedom of movement. Locks doors (including the tailgate) should be lubricated with graphite spray.
