- Give the panel screws tailgate trim.
 | - Phillips screwdriver screws give the interior trim panel of the tailgate.

- Gently prying tool (ask in shops of automobile accessories) or putty knife trim panel, release its locks. Slowly release the bar around its perimeter.
 | - Using a special tool, remove the interior trim clips from the tailgate.

- After the release of the trim panel retainers, pull up Disconnect electrical harness connectors, and remove the panel.
- To provide access to the inside of the tailgate carefully separate from her plastic sound insulator.
 | - Be careful not to tear or pull sound insulator when separating it from the inner wall of the tailgate.

- Before installing the trim panel in place make it available in all the clips (some might remain when removing the snap at the door).
 | - Remove the inner wall of the door all the remaining clips in it, and transfer them to the trim panel.
