Air Filter V6 engine

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unplug the connector from the air flow sensor.
2. Remove the air intake hose and duct connected to the air filter and resonator.
3. Remove the three screws holding the air filter to the bracket.
4. Remove the air filter.
5. Remove the air flow sensor from the air cleaner hose.

Do not disconnect the connector of the wire air flow sensor.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the air filter housing and cover for deformation, corrosion or damage.

2. Check the air duct damage.

3. Check the air filter element in the absence of excessive pollution, damage or hit on it oils. To clean the filter element using compressed air, feeding it to the inside of the filter element. If necessary, replace the air filter element.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
