Crankshaft



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the timing belt, cylinder head, insert the drive, gearbox, oil pan and the mounting plate.
2. Remove the rear cover from the cylinder and the rear oil seal ring of the crankshaft.
3. Loosen the nuts and remove covers of rods.

Mark the crankshaft bearing caps of the crankshaft in order to set them into place, and in the same position.

4. Remove the bolts main bearing caps and remove crankshaft.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the neck main and connecting rod bearings of the crankshaft for wear and generation. Check the oil holes on the crankshaft clogging.

2. micrometer measure diameters of necks of the crankshaft in two diametrically opposite directions. If you have a taper or oval pereshlifuyte crankshaft.

  • The diameter of the main journals of the crankshaft: 59,980-60,000 mm
  • Diameter of rod: 49,980-50,000 mm

Main and connecting rod bearings

Check the connecting rod and indigenous inserts the absence of local corrosion, development and other damage. If necessary, replace the pads.

To measure the backlash of radical bearings and rod diameters measure the crankshaft journals and the corresponding internal diameter of the bearing. Gap - the difference between the inner diameter of the bearing and a corresponding diameter of the crankshaft journal.

  • Clearance crankshaft bearing: 0,02-0,048 mm
  • Clearance connecting rod bearings of the crankshaft: 0,016-0,046 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clean the indigenous and crank pins of grease and lubrication holes blow compressed air.

2. Install main bearing shells on the engine block. Install the crankshaft main bearing shells in the cylinder block. Install the remaining main bearing shells in main bearing caps of the crankshaft. Arrange pieces of plastic measuring rod Plastigauge on the necks of the crankshaft bearing.

3. In accordance with the label, set the crankshaft bearing caps. In certain sequence tighten bolts of covers of radical bearings of the crankshaft. Do not turn the crankshaft when measuring the gap crankshaft bearing. Remove the bolts and remove the crankshaft bearing caps of the crankshaft. The measuring template measure width of deformed plastic core Plastiga u ge and define backlash size.

If the clearance exceeds the limit, pereshlifuyte crankshaft journal and use repair loose leaves of the increased size.

When installing a new crankshaft, be sure to use standard-size inserts.

Oil seals

Check the front and rear oil O-rings for damage or wear and tear of working edges. If there are any defects, replace the O-ring.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the upper main bearing shells with grooves for the oil supply to the engine block. When reinstalling the inserts install them on the same places where they were before removal.

2. Install the main bearing shells in main bearing caps of the crankshaft.
3. Before installing the crankshaft, apply a thin coat of clean engine oil to all sliding surfaces. Install the crankshaft main bearing shells in the cylinder block.
4. In accordance with the marking set caps crankshaft bearing with the arrow on each cap should be directed to the crankshaft pulley.

5. Tighten the crankshaft bearing caps of the crankshaft.

Torque:

  • M8: 14-18 N ??? m + to tighten on a corner 90 ?� -94 ?�
  • M10: 27-33 N ??? m + to tighten on a corner 90 ?� -94 ?�

7. Tighten bolts for 4 or 5 passes.

8. Turn a cranked shaft and check that it rotates easily and smoothly. Feeler gauge, measure the axial clearance of the crankshaft.

  • Crankshaft end play: 0,070-0,250 mm
  • Maximum permissible crankshaft end play: 0.3 mm

9. Lubricate the outer surface of a back sealing ring of the new engine oil. The special tool 09231-33000 establish a sealing ring to lock the back cover in the slot.

10. Apply to the surface of the back cover, shaded in the figure, a layer of sealant. Replace the back cover on the engine block.

Torque: 10-12 N ??? m

11. Install the mounting plate and secure it with screws.

Torque: 10-12 N ??? m

12. Install the drive plate and the adapter plate and secure with screws.

Torque: 73-77 N ??? m
