Replacement of an oil sealing ring



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. Remove the oil drain plug located at the end of the transmission and drain the oil into a suitable container.
3. Remove the front wheel
4. Remove the mudguard.
5. Disconnect draft from the lower arm front suspension.

A warning

Do not damage dustproof covers.


6. Remove the coupling bolt, mount wring out the bottom lever downwards and separate a pin of the hinge from a rotary fist.
7. Remove the nut and stripper OK670 321 019 squeeze pin rod end from the steering knuckle.

A warning

Do not damage the constant velocity joint (CV joint) the separation of the drive shaft of the transmission.


8. Insert mount between an internal SHRUS drive shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount take a power shaft from a transmission.

A warning

If you remove the drive shaft of the transmission is not immediately made great efforts and these efforts gradually increase.


9. To avoid damaging the outer CV joint drive shaft with steel wire tie up a power shaft.

10. An edge of a flathead screwdriver to remove the sealing ring from the slot transmission.


A warning

Clear a nest of a sealing ring and put on a thin layer of oil. Grease a working edge of a sealing ring of the new oil.


11. Using a mandrel OK201 170 AA1 establish a new sealing ring in a nest gearbox housing.
12. Replace the retaining ring on the inner end of the drive shaft and insert the drive shaft in the gearbox, with the cut of a lock ring should settle down from above.
