Replacing the power steering pump

A WARNING Take measures to prevent leakage of hydraulic fluid from the pipelines, drowning them, such as wooden plugs. |
| | 8. Remove the screw-fitting the tip of the high pressure pipe and remove the seals. Highly crimped or deformed, replace the gasket. | 9. Slide the protective cover wire tip pressure sensor system, power steering ... |
| 10. ... and disconnect the wires from the sensor tip. |
NOTE The pressure sensor in the power steering almost never fails. If necessary, replace it by disconnecting the sensor wire, remove the sensor from the pump housing and screw the new one. |
