Replacing the oil seal crankcase
Oil crankcase is mounted on the sealant, any gasket in the seal is missing, so in case of a leak of oil crankcase tightening bolts will not lead to the desired result. It is necessary to remove the oil pan and re-install it on the sealant. Work is done on a pit or on the lift as possible. You will need: the keys "10", "14", flat-blade screwdriver, knife.

3. Remove the five screws A (Fig. 5.6) securing the gearbox to the engine oil sump, eighteen fastening bolts used crankcase oil to the gearbox ... |
| | 4. ... and picked up a flat screwdriver, separate the oil pan from the engine block. | 5. Remove the remnants of the old sealant from the mating surfaces of the oil pan ... |
| 6. ... and the cylinder. Carefully wipe with a cloth with oil gasket surfaces and degrease them. |
7. Apply an even layer of sealant (about 1 mm thick) to the gasket surface of the oil sump. |
8. Not later than 5 minutes after applying sealant install sump and tighten the bolts A (see. Fig. 5.6) torque 38-51 Nm (3,8-5,1 kgf ?� m) and bolts used fixing the oil sump point 7.8-11.8 Nm (0.7-1.2 kpm). |
9. Install the remaining parts in reverse order of removal. |
