The position of the tension shoe drive circuit shown in Fig. 95 and and 96. To replace the drive chain tensioner shoe is necessary to remove the cylinder head cover and the camshaft drive mechanism. Synthetic cover shoe can not be changed, so you have to change the shoe assembly with wear coating. The process of replacing the chain tensioner shoe should be carried out as follows: - Remove all parts that constitute an obstacle to the free access to the front of the engine. The battery must be disconnected; - Remove the cylinder head (see. Sect. 2.4.1); - Remove the cover of the drive camshaft (see. Sect. 2.5); - Apply paint marks on the crankshaft sprocket and drive chain;

- Unscrew the fixing bolt of the camshaft sprocket drive, pre-capture it from turning. Secure and hold the sprocket from turning, you can use a mandrel (fig. 100); - Remove the camshaft drive sprocket; - Tensioning shoe to tilt inward and remove it from the bearing pin; - Check for wear or damage the synthetic coating and, if necessary, replace the shoe; - Installation of the shoe to hold out in the reverse order of removal. Tighten the camshaft sprocket drive. Tighten the bolts to hold to 25 Nm and then tighten a further 85-95 ? while holding the camshaft from turning. When installing the drive chain, take care that the labels put paint on the drive chain and both sprockets are aligned.
