Bleeding the clutch

When preventive examinations system should be checked for signs of brake fluid in the master cylinder (at the top of the clutch pedal) and the working cylinder (about KP).

Clutch slave cylinder with traces of leaking oil, they should be replaced. At the same time on the working cylinder to establish the origin of these traces is difficult without a thorough cleaning of the entire surrounding area.

Priming need transparent hose length of about 1 m. Prorolling clutch should be carried out as follows (work is recommended to people):

- The free end of the hose to the bleeder plug to put the working cylinder;

- Followed by several times to press the clutch pedal and hold the pedal, open the bleeder plug to release the brake fluid with air bubbles, turn the bolt bleeder plug, etc. as long as the brake fluid leaving air bubbles;

- Tighten screws bleeder holes in the slave cylinder, remove the hose;

- Check the operation of the clutch and leaks with the engine running and the reverse gear;

- Pour the liquid into the tank up to the mark max, but not pour, since it may leak.
