Fig. 220. The rear axle of the car without ABS: 1 - a nut ladder spring, 100-120 Nm; 2 - Spring; 3 - spring stepladder; 4 - resistant rubber pad; 5 - the parking brake cable; 6 - Rear Axle; 7 - lever pressure regulator rear brakes; 8 - shock; 9 - nut 30-35 Nm (always to be replaced); 10 - a bolt, 10 Nm (always to be replaced); 11 - wire connector wear of brake pads; 12 - wire brake pad wear indicator; 13 - the brake hose of 12-16 Nm; 14 - a bolt of fastening of a wheel, 160-180 Nm; 15 - a bolt of fastening of the shock absorber; 16 - nut 75-85 Nm (always to be replaced); 17 - the driveshaft; 18 - bolt 75 Nm

Fixing the bridge shown in Fig. 220.
To remove the need to jack with sufficient capacity. The work is best done with an assistant, as a bridge when removing the need to adhere to. Work on the removal of the rear axle are held as follows:
- Loosen the wheel bolts while the vehicle is on the ground;

Recommended places for installation of supports under the vehicle (indicated by hatching)
Fig. 221. Recommended places for installation of supports under the vehicle (indicated by hatching)

- To raise the jack back of the car and to establish support. In this case, it is better not to put himself under the bridge. In Fig. 221 shows the possible placement of supports;
- Remove the plug wire brake pad wear indicator, unscrew the sensor and remove it;

Straps for removal of the parking brake cable (must be removed before removing)
Fig. 222. straps to relieve the parking brake cable (must be removed before removing)

- To remove as shown in Fig. 222 fixing tape holding the parking brake cable;
- Front parking brake cable removed from the equalizer lever, loosen the retaining bolt in the middle of the cam lever to turn the eccentric until freed ropes. For details, see. Sec. "Brake system";

Fastening lever of the pressure regulator (1) and the absorber (2)
Fig. 223. Fastening lever of the pressure regulator (1) and the absorber (2)

- Remove the two shock absorber on the rear axle. To do this, raise the bridge to unload the shock absorbers (Fig. 223);

Disconnecting lever pressure regulator
Fig. 224. Disconnecting lever pressure regulator

- To turn away, as shown in Fig. 224, on the underside, over the bridge of the pressure regulator lever brakes. In Fig. 223 also shows how the lever is attached;
- Disconnect the hose, hold the hex nut while loosening the hose nut brake lines. Then pull the hose out of the holder (remove the tensioner). This work is to hold both sides. The ends of hoses and pipes properly closed from dirt;
- Disconnect the propeller shaft from the flange of the rear axle. Be careful - the shaft may fall as soon as the last bolt unscrewed! Val tie wire;
- Unscrew the nuts and pull stepladders vacated pad. Assistant should hold this bridge, mounted on a jack;
- Slowly lower the bridge on the jack, and then pull it out from under the car.
When installing the rear axle appropriate fasteners shown in Fig. 220 should be replaced.
When installing, do the following:
- To establish under the car bridge, approximately midway between the springs;
- To raise the bridge to the attachment points. Pivot bolts of both springs should enter into the holes of the bridge. Raise the bridge until it abuts the spring;
- Install covers and ladders springs. If ladders are not installed, you can preload, hamstring. Do not apply excessive force when installing ladders to avoid damaging the threads;

Dismantle spring
Fig. 225. Dismantle spring

- Crosswise tighten nuts ladders and tighten to 100-120 Nm (Fig. 225);

Disconnecting the flexible brake hose from the brake lines
Fig. 226. Disconnecting the flexible brake hose from the brake lines

- Insert the brake hose into the pipe, the union nut is tightened to 12-16 Nm, hex nut holding the hose (Fig. 226);
- Fix lever pressure regulator. Nut is tightened to 30-35 Nm;
- Nuts damper to the bridge tighten to 75-85 Nm;
- Connect the propeller shaft to a flange of the rear axle (75 Nm);
- Enter both the parking brake cable in the guide and secure the back of the clamp. Himself rope fasten straps;
- Fix the cable to the equalizer lever. The parking brake should be adjusted, as described in Sec. "Brake system";
