Removing and installing brake caliper

- Repeatedly press the brake pedal to release the vacuum in the system. To establish the car on supports and remove the wheel; - Put one end of the hose to the bleeder valve, the other end dipped in the prepared container; - Unscrew the screw fitting and push on the brake pedal until the liquid is released; - Loosen hex nut brake hose from the caliper so that it can then be easily loosen. Disconnect the hose from the brake pipe. To do this, loosen the union nut of the pipeline, remove the hose clamp and remove the hose. Hose connection to the cylinder should also be reduced. The open ends of the hoses to protect against dirt; - Remove the bolt 1 (see. Fig. 278) attachment plug wear indicator and remove the wire; - Unscrew the two screws securing the caliper as described above, and raise support. Remove the brake pads from the disc; - Turning, turn away from the caliper brake hose connections; - If necessary, remove the brake caliper bracket after loosening the bolts 4. Installation must be carried out in reverse order with the following: - When privorachivanii brackets use new self-locking bolts. They are made specifically for the mounting frame. Bolts tighten the moment 175-205 Nm; - Screw on the caliper brake hose almost all the way. Final tightening is carried out during a caliper; - Set pad and brake cylinder, as described above; - Tighten the brake hose torque 12-18 Nm. At the same time ensure that the hose is not twisted. Otherwise, again remove the caliper and tighten the hose on it denser. Check that the pipes and hoses are not rubbing against other parts of the front axle; - Pump the brake.
