Removal and installation of a fuel distributive highway and injectors
The fuel distribution pipe, injectors and sensors.

Withdrawal
| 1. Disconnect the negative (-) cable of the battery when the ignition is off. You must first remove the air filter box of the passenger compartment. 2. Engine 112: Remove the top cover of the engine or air filter with a cylinder head covers.
3. Release the electrical wires to the injectors. Mark the position of the connector cables to facilitate subsequent installation.
4. Disconnect the injectors connectors by pressing in the wire guide.
5. Relieve the fuel pressure, refer to Section Resetting the pressure in the fuel system.
6. Disconnect the fuel from a fuel distribution manifold. When the leaking fuel, wipe it with a cloth.
7. S32AMG: Lift up the top part of the distributor of the charge air.
8. Disconnect the fuel distribution manifold and remove it together with the injectors from intake manifold.
9. Remove the retaining clip on the side of the injector and remove from the injector distribution pipe. |

Setting
| | 1. Put on the injectors (2) new O-rings (3) and (4) and lightly grease them. |
2. Insert the injectors into the fuel distribution manifold and secure the retaining clip (1) so that the bracket included in the four-sided rail injector.
3. Check o-ring on the fuel distribution manifold, if necessary, replace. Rings before installation grease with pure impellent oil.
4. Insert the fuel distribution manifold with injectors in the inlet pipe or the bottom of the charge air distributor and secure 9Nm effort.
5. Secure the fuel pipe at the moment of 38Nm.
6. Replace the upper part of the combustion air distributor.
7. Dock connectors and secure the injectors. Lay the cable as it passed before removing and lock connector.
8. Set the engine cover and air filter.
9. Connect the negative (-) cable to the battery when the ignition is switched off. Replace the cabin air filter box. Enter the code of the radio and set the time on the clock. |
