1. Install the guide (32) and the piston B3 (14a) into the correct position. To do this, insert the guide (32) in the transmission housing (2) and tighten. Press in outer bearing brake B2 (14a) to the stop into the guide (32). Groove on slots or cut-out on the outside of the brake B2 support (14a) should be directed downwards (arrow). 2. Insert B2 brake piston (27) in the brake piston B3 (14a). The rounded ends of the sealing ring (14c), (28a) and (28b) should be directed to the outside rounded end of the sealing ring (14d) should be directed to the inside (refer to accompanying illustration 17.1). 3. Insert the guide ring (28) of the piston. The valve (137) in the piston guide ring must be on. 4. Insert the disc spring (29) and spring plate (30). 5. Install the extractor (074) for the disc spring (29) and compresses it as long as the groove for retaining ring is released. 6. Insert the retaining ring (31). 7. Insert the disc spring (134b) and the drive unit (134) on the outer bearing brake B2. 8. Install the brake discs B3 together in the order shown in the illustration (109) and insert them one by one. 9. Set the press (078) on the outer disc (70c). 10. Squeeze the drive unit by means of the press all the way until otmetochnoe ring will not be visible (small arrow). 11. Measure the clearance L at three points between the retaining ring (144a) and the outer disc (134a). The size of the gaps in the multi-disc brake (B2) are given in the table. Options | The gap in the multi-disc brake B2, mm | Disc 4 | 1.90-2.30 | Disc 5 | 2.00-2.40 |
12. Adjust the gap retaining ring (144A), if necessary. The thickness of the retaining ring: 2.9, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8 and 4.1 mm. 13. Install the retaining ring (134a). |
