Removing and installing cylinder head cover

1. Remove the engine covers, refer to the appropriate section.
2. Remove the air filter housing from the cylinder head cover.
3. Remove the crankcase ventilation hose.
4. Disconnect the plug of the Hall sensor of the camshaft.
5. Remove the plug from the electric control valve tripping.
6. Remove the screws that secure the cable channel and remove the cover from the cylinder head, and take him aside.
7. Remove the nozzle, refer to Section Removal and installation of atomizers.
8. Remove the screws fastening and remove the cylinder head cover.

1. Install the cylinder head cover with a new gasket, without fixing it.

Fixing screws are tightened only after the installation of the injectors.

2. Install the nozzle, refer to Section Removal and installation of atomizers.
3. Secure the cable duct to the cylinder head cover.

To install the cable channel must be removed again fuel injection pipes.

4. Dock connectors off valve and the Hall sensor on the camshaft.
5. Connect the crankcase ventilation hose.
6. Install the air filter housing.
7. Install the engine covers, refer to the appropriate section.
