| 1. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery. 2. Remove the glow plugs to facilitate rotation of the engine. 3. Unless otherwise specified otherwise, turn the motor in the normal direction. 4. Review the requirements for the efforts of a tightening of carving connections. 5. With the appropriate configuration, mark the position of the CKP sensor before removing it. 6. Do not turn the crankshaft via camshaft sprockets or devices. 7. Do not turn a cranked and distributive shaft at the removed timing chain. 8. After setting the timing make check pump. |

Procedures for setting the timing
| | Replacing the gas distribution chain can be done without dismantling the engine. Use the special tools from the above list. A new chain can be connected to the old, thrown over a star and then docked. |
1. Give the first cylinder [1] to TDC. 2. Insert the locking pin in a star of the intake camshaft. [2] 3. Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels camshaft [3] and [4]. 4. Before proceeding with repair procedures, remove the tensioner assembly [5]. | Bolts of asterisks of camshafts [6] can not be reused and must be replaced. |
5. Upon completion of repair works tensioner set [5].
Tightening torque fasteners tensioner 80-nm. Tightening torque of the crankshaft pulley bolt [7]: Bolt classification 8.8 - 200nm to + 90 ?; Bolt classification 10.9 - 325Nm + 90 ?. |
