Removal and installation of the heat sink and fan assembly
The components and the fastening of a radiator fan models AT and K / V, and all models without K / Components mounting heat sink and fan models with Manual transmission and K / | | |
| - Drain the cooling system (see. Section Replacement of a cooling liquid).
- Remove the fixing bolts to be able to move the relay unit.
- Remove wheel arch lockers and grille (see. Section Removal and installation of the e / motor of the fan heater).
- Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses.
- On models with AT remove oil cooler and plug the hoses them.
| - Suspend the bundles on the radiator (with fan) and condenser K / B on the upper support beam of the radiator.

| - Remove the upper air duct clamps on the right side of the radiator.
|
- Remove the bolts lower radiator support beam (see chap. Body).
- Remove the bottom of the duct clamps and lower radiator support beam.
- Loosen the harness and remove the heat sink assembly with fan, lowering them by car.
| - Separate the expansion tank from fan cowl by pulling it upwards and towards the left side of the vehicle.

- Remove from the heat sink fan assembly.
- Installation is performed in the reverse sequence of dismantling the components. When installing the lower support beam radiator, make sure the rubber feet are included in the appropriate holes.
