Removing and installing sump and maslozabornika
 | To remove and install upper section of oil pan requires removal and installation of transmission. |
Components mounting sump and maslozabornika  | | |
| - Remove the locker right front wheel arch. Drain the engine oil (see chap. Adjustment and car routine maintenance).
 | - Remove the bottom section of the oil pan. To do this, remove the mounting screws in the reverse order specified in the illustration, and detach the lower section of the pallet from the top section. If necessary, carefully cut the sealing blade or pallet otstuchite hammer with soft brisk.

- Remove the dipstick from the guide level of motor oil and remove the accessory drive belt (see. Section Replacing the accessory drive belt and the intermediate roller belts).
- Remove the compressor K / V
- Remove the compressor K / V, without disconnecting from it a tube, take the compressor side and secure it with a rope on the elements of the body so that the tubes were not loaded.
- Remove the front section of the exhaust pipe (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust) and the catalytic converter bracket (see. Section Removal and installation of the exhaust manifold, catalytic converter and lambda probe).
- Remove the transmission (see chap. Manual box of a gear change and clutch or automatic transmission).
- On models with AT unscrew the bolts connecting the top section of sump and AT.
 | - Remove the fixing bolts of the top section of the oil pan in the reverse order specified in the illustration.

| Place the bolts so that when installing them in the old screw holes, - the bolts have different lengths. |
 | - Insert a flat screwdriver into the cutout (1) and separate the upper section of the oil pan from the engine block. If necessary, carefully cut the sealing blade or pallet otstuchite hammer with soft brisk.

- If necessary, replace maslozabornik. Replace all removed O-rings and gaskets with new ones.
 | - Apply a bead of sealant to the mating surface of the cylinder block with the upper section of the oil pan. The diameter of the application roller and place the holes indicated Illustrations (holes marked with an asterisk for which the sealant should be applied to the outside).

| | - Tighten the upper section of the oil pan in the order shown in the illustration. Do not confuse the bolts, they have different lengths: ?��?�� 4, 8, 12 - 70 mm in length, bolts ?��?�� 9 and 11 - 90 mm in length, and the other - a length of 25 mm.

- On models with AT tighten the connecting bolts. Install transmission.
 | - Apply a bead of sealant to the mating surface of the lower section of the oil pan. The diameter and the site of application roller relative to the openings shown in the illustration.

| | - Tighten the lower section of the oil pan in the order shown in the illustration.
|
- If not installed, install the drain plug from the oil pan of a new sealing washer. The mounting position indicated on the washer * 1 callout in the illustration components mounting sump and maslozabornika.
- Further installation is performed in the reverse order of dismantle of components.
- Wait at least 30 minutes after you install and fill the engine with oil (see chap. Adjustment and car routine maintenance).
- Start the engine and check for leaks motor oil.
