Transmission Fluid Replacement



PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Warm up transmission to normal working temperature, Poddomkratte car and establish it on props so that the transmission oil pan took a horizontal position.
  2. Place pan under the transmission drain capacity and give back the bolts pan to the crankcase.
  3. Give the side bolts of the pallet, leaving only the front screwed.
  4. Loosen remaining bolts, tilt the pan and drain the transmission fluid into the prepared container.

Try not to get burnt - the liquid is hot!

  1. Unscrew the front fixing screws and remove the pan from the crankcase. Discard the gasket.
  2. Wash the pan with solvent and check for sediment material friction linings disk drive or brake bands.

In the case of traces of this kind of deposits consult experts of dealer branch of the manufacturer.

  1. Sand mating surfaces of the pallet and the transmission housing. Check magnet in the central part of the pallet.
  2. Install sump with a new gasket in diagonal order tighten fixing bolts to 5 ÷ 8 Nm.
  3. Fill the transmission of the required amount of oil required grade (about the same as it was drained).
  4. Start the engine and let it for about three minutes at idle.
  5. Slowly spend the selector lever through all positions, in conclusion, returning it to its original ("P").
  6. When running the engine at idle, check the transmission fluid level.
  7. Inspect the transmission for signs of leaks, and make trial runs of the car to ensure the quality of transmission and the engine warm.
  8. When running the engine at idle (transmission in position "P"), then recheck the level of the transmission fluid, if necessary, make the addition.
