Layout and indicators is shown in Fig. 1.5. Fuel gauge (6). If you find the arrow pointer in the sector of adjacent labels fuel capacity of 7 liters. Fuel tank capacity is specified in section 1.15. Buttons (7) set the time on the display. Clock / Display-board computer (8). For vehicles in some different configuration set-board computer, the display which displays the following information: time in hours and minutes; the duration of the trip with the symbol of the dial; average fuel consumption with the symbol "1/100 km"; the distance traveled with the symbol "km"; temperature of the oil lubrication system of the engine and a burette ? C; outdoor air temperature with a symbol in an image of the sun and ? C.
| Fig. 16. Management board information display system: 1 - the switch of choice of type of information; 2 - key serial output information to the display
|
Management of the onboard computer by using the selector switch located on the right stalk (Fig. 1.6). After a brief pressing 2 takes the serial output to display these data. When you press the "B" for more than one second, the display switches to display the current time. On-board computer has two memory devices (memory): memory current information (the display - ?MFA 1") and added memory (?MFA 2"). To make the choice of display information using the selector switch "and" the right stalk switch. He is set to "1" or "2". The memory device stores the current information from the moment the ignition until the end of the trip and turn off the ignition. If the trip was less than two hours, the accumulation of information continues even after switching off the ignition. When a break of more than two hours between stopping the car and continued movement is remove the stored information. In summation memory accumulated totals recorded parameters to achieve the total duration of 100 hours of driving, the total mileage 10 000 km and the amount of fuel consumed 100 liters. After reaching the specified value information is deleted and re-accumulates. Keep in mind that the oil temperature is as important as the coolant temperature! Do not drive if the oil temperature does not reach 50 ? C and in excess betrayed to 145 ? C, stop the engine immediately!
NOTE The storage device does not store the data of the oil temperature; data about the outdoor temperature is only stored for 45 minutes after the ignition is switched off. |
You can clear the memory of both storage devices. To clear the memory storage of the current data set with the ignition switch to the left 1 mark "0"; to "reset" the summing memory - the first mark "0" and leave it in this position for more than one second. Information in both memory and is reset when the battery is disconnected. Wear indicator of the front brake pads (9) flashes when the ignition (ignition key position "2" at the car equipped with a diesel engine) and must be extinguished immediately after starting the engine. If the light does not go out when starting the engine or flashes while driving, check the brake pad front brake. Failure to replace worn brake pads can result in overheating of the brake and as a result, poor performance brake system, as well as damage to the brake discs. LED brake fluid level and the parking brake (10) is activated when the ignition (ignition key position "2" at the car equipped with a diesel engine) and must be extinguished immediately after starting the engine. If the light does not come on when the engine is started or comes on while driving, it indicates a decrease in the level of fluid in the brake fluid reservoir until the level of emergency. Immediately check the fluid level in a tank of brake system, if necessary, add a liquid. Keep in mind that the sharp drop in the fluid level indicates a significant leak of its braking system. Urgently refer to the service station, following it with the special precautions. Remember, traffic regulations prohibit the movement of the car with a faulty braking system! Indicator preheating of the diesel engine (11) lights up for a cold engine when the key ignition switch in position "2". Does not work in this case the light indicates a malfunction of the preheating. Upon completion of the preheating glow luminescence intensity of the LED is reduced by about half, precisely at this moment to start the engine. When starting a warm engine the indicator does not light up. Battery Charge Indicator (12) lights up when the ignition is switched on and must be extinguished immediately after starting the engine. If the LED lights up or flashes while driving, you should immediately stop moving, stop the engine and check the condition and tension of the alternator drive belt. In the case of a broken belt on vehicles where the drive fluid pump is driven by the same belt as the generator, replace the belt in place. On vehicles with a petrol engine models ABD, AEX, ABU, AEA, AEE, as well as in vehicles with diesel engines, in which a liquid coolant pump has a drive, separate from the generator, you can continue driving to the nearest service station, taking into account that the battery will then be continuously discharged. If the LED is lit, and the alternator drive belt is not damaged, it is driven to the nearest service station when disconnecting the maximum amount of power consumers onboard. Oil pressure indicator (13) in the engine lubrication system lights up when ignition is switched on and should extinguish directly after the engine starts. If it lights up or flashes while driving, or at a frequency of engine speed 2,000 min-1, the buzzer sounds, immediately stop moving, stop the engine and check the oil level in the engine lubrication system. If the oil level is normal indicator stays on, contact a service station. Display board information system (8) can display the following information: the total mileage (?total?); daily mileage (?trip?); indicate the need for maintenance. Display modes are switched by briefly pressing the button changes the display reading information board (7). Thus, instead of the total mileage readings there is information about the beginning of the reference daily run and the inscription ?trip?. To reset the trip counter hold the button (7) pressed for more than one second. If the period of performance of maintenance did not come on the display when the ignition or turning the key devices and enable the starter to the "2" appears ?IN00?. When approaching the period of execution of maintenance operations when the ignition is on display periodically receive one of three messages: - ?OEL? - replace the oil in the engine lubrication system; - ?IN01? - hold to1; - ?IN02? - hold TO2. To write to memory on-board information system information about the conduct of TO, proceed as follows: - Switch on the ignition (position of the ignition key "2"), then click on the change of indications odometer (16) and hold it down; - Switch off the ignition (position "1" key) while the display shows ?OEL?, which, depending on the vehicle, can be removed by briefly pressing the arrow transfer analog clock or a button Setting the digital clock; - Press the button again changes odometer readings, and the information appears in sequence messages ?IN01?, ?IN02?, which are removed by the method described above; - After writing to memory on-board information system any information switch on the ignition (position "2"). Coolant temperature (17) calibrated starting at 50 ? C. Do not drive the vehicle before the arrow beyond the sector with the convergence of risk (insufficient engine temperature) with a high engine speed - it can cause damage. In the normal temperature range the indicator needle should be in the middle of the scale, which corresponds to approximately 90 ? C. Move the temperature gauge in the sector for a mark of 110 ? C indicates engine overheating. Finding the arrows in the sector are allowed only for a short period of time at high ambient temperatures and under substantial load on the engine. When you are given a mark for the arrows and flashing emergency coolant temperature should immediately stop the engine - a long overheating can lead to serious malfunctions, until the full replacement of the engine. Overheating can be caused by a number of reasons. Firstly, it is the fault of the fan due to a blown fuse. Secondly, the level of coolant may be insufficient. If the level is normal and the fuse is intact, but the indicator is still lit, do not run the engine to determine the cause of overheating! If engine overheating is caused by malfunction of the fan and the light is not on, you can continue to move carefully monitor the temperature of the coolant and preventing long-term operation of the engine at idle and low speed driving. On vehicles with automatic level control coolant temperature indicator flashes alarm when finding arrows in the middle of the scale indicates a low level of coolant.
NOTE LED emergency coolant temperature (8) flashes a few seconds after turning the ignition or switching devices and a starter and go out after starting the engine. |
