Hinged elements of a body

Bodies covered in this book car equipped with the following components mounted: hood, doors (trunk lid), front fenders, front end plate / grille upper cross member frame radiator, bumpers. When removing the elements recommended to mark their original position relative to the mating parts, to facilitate the process of mutual adjustment of the final movement of the structural elements and restore the necessary clearances between them.
When replacing the bonnet and doors, check whether the gaps are sustained in their places fit to adjacent fixed and moving elements of the body in the range of 4-6 mm.
When assembling the structural elements it is recommended to use new screws and nuts and lubricate them before installing the anti-corrosion compositions (such as "Movil", "Tektite" and so on. N.).
