Dismantling
Disassembly is as follows: - Remove the inlet, then the exhaust manifolds; if provided a complete set, disconnect from the collector tube monitor carbon dioxide; - Remove the outlet coolant together with its gasket / seal; remove the sensor from the cylinder head coolant and oil pressure; - Secure the camshaft sprocket, and then unscrew the bolt and the washer (if provided equipment). Remove the timing pulley of the camshaft with the shank. If a pulley fixed dowel, gently pull it out of the groove in the shank of the camshaft; - Inspect the cover of plain bearings, locking the camshaft (s), and make sure that they are clearly visible markings of the manufacturer; if they are poorly visible, apply them; - On engines ABU, AEA, ABD avoid damage to unscrew the camshaft bearings in the sequence 5, 1, 3, 2 and then 4 (from a camshaft pulley). Nuts are released half a turn per pass diagonally up to the free rotation;

The cylinder head of the engine vosmiklapannogo (ADZ, ADY, AAM, ABS, 2E, and others.): 1 - the bolt of the camshaft pulley; 2 - washer; 3 - camshaft sprocket; 4 - the nut of the camshaft bearing cap; 5 - a cover of the bearing of the camshaft; 6 - a chain camshaft drive; 7 - the camshafts; 8 - hydraulic pusher; 9 - biscuit fixing the valve spring; 10 - the top plate of the valve spring; 11 - external valve spring; 12 - internal valve spring; 13 - the valve stem seal; 14 - the bottom plate of the valve spring; 15 - the directing plug of the valve; 16 - cylinder head; 17 - valve; 18 - the camshaft sleeve

- On engines ADZ, ADY, AAM, ABS and 2E first released caps 1 and 3 (see. Fig. 2.4), and then - 2 and 5. In the same way let them half a turn per pass diagonally, up to free rotation of the nuts with the peculiarity that the fourth cylinder bearing cap is absent;

- The engine is removed ABF first intake camshaft. Remove the first bearing caps 5, 7 (see. Fig. 2.3) and cover with an asterisk next to the drive circuit of the engine, and only then - bearing caps 6 and 8 exhaust camshaft caps are removed in the sequence 1, 3, and covers an asterisk next to the drive chain and only then 4. - Remove the seal of the end of the camshaft (s), repeated its use is not recommended; then remove the camshaft to the cylinder head, put it in a clean and dry place; ABF engine on both camshafts are removed simultaneously with the drive chain; Note the direction of rotation of the chain, to ensure its availability in the same position for reassembly; - Carefully remove the hydraulic valve lifters of the holes in the head; place them so that when you install each of the pushers has been set to the same place - a procedure for setting leads to premature wear and tear;

- With a special tool compress each valve spring and moving far enough down the valve stem thrust spring plate, remove the biscuits (Fig. 2.9). The device required for removing and installing valve, has the number 2036. If you do not have at your disposal the necessary tools, you can use a piece of pipe of suitable diameter. Put it on the top plate of a spring, and then apply a hammer and a sharp severe blow to the pipe to the valve could jump crackers. Be careful not to damage the cylinder head. It is highly recommended to resort to the last method only in extreme cases; - Remove the head plate and spring, then it is also desirable with a special tool, remove the valve stem seals (You can also remove the valve stem seals with pliers). Next, remove the tool from the 3047 opening of the lower plate spring; - Remove the valve from the cylinder head. If valve replacement is not expected to number them. If the valve does not come out of the guide sleeve, carefully grind the end of his rod fine sandpaper.
