Distributor

The ignition distributor has a Hall sensor.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn the crankshaft in a position in which the piston of the first cylinder is located in the TDC in the compression stroke.
2. Remove the ignition distributor, for which pre-release locking bracket with a screwdriver.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the Hall sensor.
4. Remove the bolt at the base of the distributor of ignition and remove the ignition distributor.
A warning

When you remove the ignition distributor does not turn the engine crankshaft.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installing the ignition distributor, check that the crankshaft of the engine is installed in a position in which the piston of the first cylinder is at TDC on the compression stroke. This marks on the crankshaft and camshafts must be aligned with the pointer.
2. Check the condition and installation of a sealing ring of the distributor of ignition. If necessary, replace the O-ring.
3. If the engine cranks when removing the ignition distributor, then rotate it further to a position where the axis of mounting flange of the distributor of ignition will not be established in line with the threaded hole.
4. Turn the ignition distributor rotor so that the central portion of the electrode of the rotor is aligned with the groove on the distributor of ignition. From this position, turn the rotor slightly clockwise and set the ignition distributor. When installing To distribute the ignition distributor rotor should turn to its original position and the central portion of the electrode of the rotor should be combined with a groove on the distributor of ignition. Secure distributor bolt, having tightened its moment of 25 Nm.
5. Check the condition of the ignition distributor cap for corrosion of contacts, black paths between contacts, as well as the integrity and smooth moving of coal contact in the center of the lid. In the presence of defects replace the ignition distributor.
6. Also check the condition and attachment of the metal contact of the distributor rotor. If the contact is burned or weakened its mounting, replace the distributor rotor. If you have to remove the soot and contact corrosion using a small file.
7. Replace the ignition distributor and secure it with the locking clamp.
8. If the Distributor Cap starred high-voltage wires, connect them to the cover in the engine operation sequence 1-3-4-2. The electrode is connected to a high-voltage wire of the first cylinder is located near the TDC mark on the body of the distributor of ignition. Further connecting wires made clockwise.
9. Connect an electric socket to the gauge of the Hall.
10. After replacing the ignition distributor, contact a specialized workshop for the Memory Recall motor control recorded faults and erase them.
