Remove the cap by gently prying it with a screwdriver (Fig. 7.77).

Loosen, but do not remove mounting nuts completely (Fig. 7.78).
Gently shake the wiper arm that he walked away from the wiper crank.
Now remove the retaining nut completely and remove the leash with the wiper crank.
