Removal and installation of gas absorber tailgate

Gas damper door

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open the tailgate and prop.

2. Remove the screw driver safety bracket (1) and remove the gas spring from the ball stud (2) of the tailgate.

A warning

If the gas shock absorber will be installed again, the safety bracket is not removed completely from the ball pillow. Otherwise it will be damaged. In addition, certain parts of 3 - screw 8 Nm; 4 - support column (see. Fig. Gas damper door).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Push the gas spring to the ball pin.

2. Secure the trigger guard.
