Checking the brake pipe by inspection

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the car on supports.
2. Clean the brake pipes for cold cleaning.
3. Use the lamp to inspect all brake pipes coming from the master cylinder to all brake cylinders. The main brake cylinder is located in the hood for brake fluid expansion tank.
4. If you installed the ABS anti-lock brake pipes from the master cylinder to the hydraulic device go (before the battery), and then - to the wheel brakes. From the hydraulic unit must not leak a drop of brake fluid.
5. Brake pipes must not be kinked or pinched. Should not have rust or scuffs. Otherwise, the entire pipeline to replace the following compound.
6. Brake hoses piped to turn the wheel brake cylinders. They are made of a material that can withstand a lot of pressure, but over time may become porous, swollen or incised on sharp objects.
7. Bend the hoses from the hands of one and the other side, to determine the damage. Hoses should not be twisted. Pay attention to the color bar if there!
8. Turn the steering wheel left and right until it stops. Hoses should not touch the parts of the machine.
9. The connections of brake lines and hoses must not be wet from the effluent.
A warning

The fact that the expansion tank and the seals moist with protruding brake fluid is not yet evidence of a faulty master cylinder. For the most part, is the cause of the brake fluid flowing out of the air outlet cover or cover gasket.

10. To remove the car from the stands.
