Magnetic relay

When a faulty magnetic switch gear starter is discharged and the engine does not start.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the starter.

2. Connect terminal 50 (Compound thick cable) starter with additional wire battery voltage of 12 V.

3. Using an optional cable to connect terminals 50 and 30 starter. Gear starter should be thrown forward.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Unscrew the 3 screws securing the magnetic switch from the drive housing and remove the relay.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Secure the relay to the starter motor; separating groove (F) from the starter BOSCH suitable hermetic seal.
2. Secure the wire magnetic switch.
3. Check the starter.
4. Install the starter.
