Replacement of external lighting
Replacing the headlight
A WARNING Do not touch the bulb of the new lamp with your fingers! When heated to evaporate from the surface of the bulb dirt and grease, and formed plaque, reducing its transparency and reduces lamp life. |
The procedure for replacing the headlight:

1) Remove the fixing screw Indicator (Fig. 10.17) 2 turns and remove it; 2) Remove the cover, Seal, connectors;

3) Remove the two mounting bolts (Fig. 10.18) of the adapter on the side of the bumper lights (from the car); 4) Remove the screw through the hole in the wheel arch;

5) Remove the 4 fixing screws (Fig. 10.19) from the headlamp; 6) Pull the front bumper 2 cm and remove the headlamp; 7) Reassemble in reverse order;
NOTE Nut tightening torque 7 Nm. |
8) Check the operation of lights, turn signal and control the direction of light lamps; 9) Adjust the spotlight.
Replacement glass headlights
The procedure for the replacement of glass headlights: 1) remove the headlight;

3) Remove the glass and sealing gasket; 4) replace the gasket;
A WARNING Do not touch the inner surface of the reflector with your fingers! |
5) assemble in the reverse order; 6) Check the gasket to be placed correctly in the groove; 7) Adjust the spotlight.
Replacing the front lights Indicator
The procedure for replacing the front Indicator:

2) remove the block, moving it forward; 3) Remove the cartridge (a quarter turn). Leave a connector and the wiring on the block; 4) Replace the bulb holder; 5) Check the operation; 6) Reassemble in reverse order.
Replacement winker
The lamp holder and the lamp replaced from the outside. The procedure for the replacement of turn signal: 1) to protect against damage to the body color glue a strip of adhesive tape to the touch with the hand, he presses the front wing of the car; 2) Remove the bulb holder;

3) Insert the probe to measure the thickness in the front part and pressing the locking bracket, remove the follower rotation (Fig. 10.22). Recommended thickness of 0.3 mm probe; 4) Install a new follower rotation.
Replacement lamp or cartridge
The procedure for replacing the lamp or cartridge: 1) Turn the cartridge to disconnect it; 2) Disconnect the power supply;

4) Reassemble in reverse order; 5) Check the operation of the turn signal lamps.
Replacement front position lights
The procedure for replacing the front position lamps: 1) remove the light indicator;

2) press the locking latch marker lamp and remove it (Fig. 10.24); 3) disconnect the connector.
NOTE Marker lamp must be replaced in the assembly. |
Replacement rear light
The procedure for replacing the rear position lamps: 1) remove the cap;

2) Remove the screw securing the bumper to the wing (Fig. 10.25); 3) disconnect the connector;

4) Pull the bumper out a few centimeters, press the latch and pull out the lamp fixing position lamp (Fig. 10.26). NOTE Marker lamp, replace only in gathering. |
Replacing the rear light assembly (4-door model)

In Fig. 10.27 shows the left lantern. The right light - a mirror image of the left. The procedure for replacing the rear light assembly: 1) Disconnect the two lamp holder adjustable lighting; 2) remove the control module lamps; 3) Remove the four mounting screws and remove the lamp by pulling it back; 4) Reassemble in reverse order;
NOTE During assembly, check the seal and proper packaging. |
5) Check the operation. Replacing the rear light assembly (5-door model)

In Fig. 10.28 shows the left lantern. The right light - a mirror image of the left. The procedure for replacing the rear light assembly:

2) Remove the luggage compartment lamp; 3) Remove the self-tapping screw and remove the cover (turn the underside of the forward); 4) Remove the 4 nuts; 5) assemble in reverse order.
NOTE First, install the caps on the panel, then set the cover. |
Replacing the lamp on the tailgate assembly (5-door)
Procedure when replacing the lamp in the tailgate:

1) remove the tailgate trim (Fig. 10.30), carefully remove the caps and remove the 4-pin connector; 2) Remove the retaining nuts (10 pcs.) And remove the rear light assembly; 3) Assemble in reverse order.
Replacing the lamp lighting license plate (4-door)
The procedure for replacing the lamp illumination of license plate: 1) remove the tailgate trim in the cabin;

2) Disconnect the lining inside the boot (4 screws) and remove it (Fig. 10.31); 3) Press the bulb holder catches and remove the holder out. Assemble in the reverse order to dismantling. Check the lamp.
Replacing the lamp license plate light (5-door)
The procedure for replacing the lamp illumination of license plate: 1) remove the tailgate trim in the cabin;

Replacement motor direction adjustment light headlights
The procedure for removing the motor direction adjustment light lamps: 1) switch off the ignition; 2) disconnect the connector; 3) remove the cover of the headlamp;

4) remove the electric motor (Fig. 10.33). Turn left (right motor) or right (left motor); 5) Tilt the motor back until the ball on the motor shaft is out of the guide, and then remove the motor.
NOTE Elements of the right and left sides have the same part number. |
The procedure for installing the motor direction adjustment light lamps: 1) Press the reflector through the opening up of the lamp; 2) Lubricate the ball on the motor shaft; 3) move the ball on the motor shaft into the guide prism and set the motor to the place, turning it a quarter turn; 4) replace the cover and the connector; 5) Check the operation; 6) Check the alignment of the headlamp and reset if necessary.
