Check and adjust belt drive alternator and power steering pump
You need the keys, the blade assembly. 1. Check belt tension by pressing a finger on the branch of a belt between pulleys of the generator and the power steering pump. Pressing with a force of 100 N (10 kgf) belt deflection should be 10-15 mm. NOTE To check the tension, you can use the balance-spring balance, delaying their branch of a belt hook. |
| | 2. To adjust belt tension, loosen the bolt of the generator to a tension lath. | 3. Loosen the two nuts of bolts of the bottom fastening of the generator to the engine block by holding the bolts from turning. |

4. To move the generator belt on the cylinder, using a large screwdriver (or a mounting blade) as a lever, and tighten the bolt of the generator to a tension lath. To loosen the belt, move the generator to the engine block. 5. Tighten bolts of fastening of the generator to the engine block.
