31. ... and rear output shaft roller bearing. 32. Inspect the secondary shaft and its details: - Neck for needle roller bearings must not have any trace of fatigue failures, slots for installing synchronizer sleeve should not have nicks and collapse; - Persistent half rings, locking rings must not have any trace of wear and scuffing on the end face; - Synchronizer hub should have no nicks or wear; - The ends of the slots synchronizer sleeve and locking ring should not be jams and chipping; - When installing synchronizer ring on the cone of the respective gear gap between the ends of the ring gear and the ring gear must be at least 1 mm. Otherwise the blocking ring must be replaced. 33. Collect the output shaft in the reverse order, taking into account the following: - Before overmolded onto the shaft synchronizer hub hub heat in an oil bath to a temperature of 100 ? C; - Pressing in the synchronizer hub, make sure that crackers have got to grooves of a blocking ring; - After assembly, check the rotation of the output shaft of gear: they must rotate freely.
