Removal and installation of facing of salon
You will need: a screwdriver with a flat blade and Phillips.
NOTE Showing removal and installation of facing the left side of the cabin. Lining the right side is removed similarly. |
1. Before removing the stand facing the wind window, remove the rack from the edge of the door frame seal, as it covers the edge of the lining. 2. Remove the windscreen pillar trim, overcoming the resistance of the caps of its fastening.
NOTE Inspect the pistons facing mounting. Broken replace caps. |
3. Remove the bracket facing the front side wall ... | | 4. ... and remove the trim. | 5. To remove the front facing the threshold, pulling it up, remove the bracket caps of its fastening and then removing the spring clips mounted in the grooves facing with folding threshold, remove the trim. |
NOTE The front end of the front facing of the threshold set under the rear edge of the front quarter panel trim. If the removal of the front facing difficult threshold, remove the bracket facing sidewall (see. P. 3) to release the sill trim. |
6. To remove the rear sill lining Remove the screw securing it to the base of the body ... | | 7. ... and pulling it up, remove the bracket caps of its fastening. Then, by removing the spring clips mounted in the grooves facing with folding threshold, remove the trim. | 8. Before removing the lower part of the B-pillar trim, remove the front and rear sill lining (see. Nos. 5 and 7). Then, a little bent edge of the lower part of the B-pillar trim, remove them from the rack otbortovok ... |
| | 9. ... and remove the lower part of the liner. | 10. Before you remove the upper part of the B-pillar trim, remove the lower part of the liner (see. P. 9), remove the two screws fastening the seat belt and disconnect from the upper B-pillar seat belt anchor (see. Nos. 3 and 6, "Replacing the front belt" ). Then, pull the rack from the bottom edge of the upper part of the lining ... |
11. ... having hooked a screw-driver, output its top edge from the ceiling trim and remove the upper part of the lining. 13. ... and in the trunk, disconnect the harness connector of an additional stoplight.
NOTE Lining is attached to a back shelf with six pistons. |
| | 14. Remove the three pistons of the front ... | 15. ... and the top fastening lining the shelves of a back ... |
16. ... and remove the liner assembly with additional stop sign. 18. Remove the trim from the rear of the rack, overcoming the resistance of percussion caps of its fastening.
NOTE Inspect the pistons facing mounting. Broken replace caps. |
| | 20. Pushing force clamps, remove the hole facing edging holes. | 21. Skip edging hole with the hole in the belt buckle facing ... |
22. ... and remove the trim from the seat belt. 23. Before removing the rear quarter panel trim, remove the rear sill trim (see. Nos. 6 and 7 in this section), the C-pillar trim (see. Pp. 18-22 in this subsection), and the passenger side seat belt in the rear seat (see. "Replacing the rear seat belt"). | | 24. Remove the two pistons mount rear quarter panel trim on the body ... | 25. ... and remove the trim. |
26. Install the liner interior and all the removed parts in reverse order of removal.
