Air conditioning compressor

1 - air conditioning compressor;
2 - a bolt, 20,4-30,6 N ??? m;
3 - a pulley of the air conditioning compressor;
4 - a bolt, 17 N ??? m;

5 - an arm of the air conditioning compressor;
6 - a tension roller;
7 - C compressor drive belt;
8 - the crankshaft pulley.

Refitting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Discharge the air conditioning system.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the magnetic coupling.
3. Lift the car.
4. Loosen and remove the air conditioning compressor belt.
5. If necessary, remove the bolts of the front muffler.
6. Remove the hose discharge and suction filter.
	7. Remove the bolts compressor.
8. Remove the air conditioning compressor. Immediately close all open apertures and tubes to eliminate moisture from the air in the air conditioning system.
	9. Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following: - Pour fresh oil in the compressor; - Before installing O-rings oil them; - Do not grease connecting nuts of unions of the air conditioning compressor; - Tighten the inlet and outlet hoses to torque; - Adjust the tension of the drive belt air conditioning compressor.
