1. Install a pressure gauge to the highway. | 2. Check the tension of the compressor belt. | 3. Start the engine, leave to work on frequency of rotation of the crankshaft 1500 rpm -1. | 4. Check the compressor for the following defects:
- A low pressure gauge reading, however, is not lower than required, and the high pressure gauge reading, however, is not higher than desired; - Metallic sound; - Leakage from the shaft seal.
If there is any defect must be repaired compressor. | 5. Check the electromagnetic clutch:
- Lift the car; - Inspect the pressure plate and the rotor for the presence of grease on them; - Check the clutch bearing on the presence of noise and the leakage of the lubricant; - Ohmmeter measure the resistance of the coil.
If the resistance is not correct, replace the coil:
- Additional wires submit pressure from the positive terminal of the battery to pin coil connector, and the electromagnetic clutch must be excited.
If the electromagnetic clutch is not energized, replace the coil. Coil Resistance: 3,11 ?� 0,08 ohms at 12.8 V and -20 ?� C |
