The excitation coil clutch

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the coupling sleeve and the air conditioning compressor pulley.
2. Install a safety tool in the open hole of the compressor shaft.
	3. Install a puller to the compressor as shown in the figure. Place the tip of the pressure screw into the recess of the safety instrument compressor shaft and tighten the screw extractor.
4. Tightening wrench screw extractor, remove the coil from the front of the compressor.
A warning Do not use pneumatic tools.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clean the drive coil coupling.

2. Set the compressor upright shaft up, and set the excitation coil coupling on the front side of the compressor. Make sure that the electrical connector of the coil is positioned correctly.

3. Install a safety tool in the open hole of the compressor shaft.

4. Place the tool pressing on the inner radius of the coil excitation coil.

5. Tighten the bolt with a wrench tool to the spool in place.

6. Set the clutch hub and the air conditioning compressor pulley.
