Clutch Master Cylinder
Dismantling | - Remove the bandage fixing popolnitelnogo tank, and the tank cover.
- Remove the retaining ring of the piston.
- Remove the pusher and the piston.
 | Not to damage the surface of the pusher and clutch master cylinder contacting the piston. |

Check | - Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.
- Check the inside of the cylinder body for rust, pitting or development.
- Check the cuff of the piston for wear.
- Inspect the piston for rust, pitting or development.
- Check tube hydraulic clutch for damage.
- Measure the inner diameter of the clutch master cylinder.
| Measure the inside diameter of the clutch master cylinder held in three sections (at the bottom, center and top) in two perpendicular directions. |
 | - If the clearance between the piston and the cylinder exceeds the limit, replace the master cylinder and / or piston assembly. Gap: 0,15 mm.

Assembly | - Before assemblage grease liquid for coupling the piston and the cylinder bore diameter. Fluid: Brake fluid DOT 3 or DOT 4.
- Install the piston assembly.
- Install the retaining ring of the piston.
 | - Install the pusher.

 | - Install the tape fastening popolnitelnogo tank, and the tank cover.
