Clutch slave cylinder
Withdrawal | - Disconnect the hydraulic tube coupling.
- Remove the bolts clutch slave cylinder.

|
Check | - Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.
- Check the clutch slave cylinder and covers for damage.
|
|
Dismantling | - Pick up the handset, the valve plate, spring, pusher and cover.
- Remove dirt from the open hole to connect a hydraulic tube.
| - Remove the piston and the sealing ring (cuff), submitting compressed air through the hole to connect a hydraulic tube.
|
| - Cover the opening of the working cylinder with a clean cloth to catch the expelled compressed air piston.
- To eliminate splashing brake fluid supply air slowly.

|
Check | - Check the clutch slave cylinder for damage.
- Check the covers for damage.
| - Measure the inner diameter of the clutch master cylinder. If the clearance between the piston and the cylinder exceeds the limit, replace the master cylinder and / or piston assembly.
|
| Measure the inside diameter of the clutch master cylinder held in three sections (at the bottom, center and top) in two perpendicular directions. Gap: 0,15 mm. |

|
Assembly | - Before assemblage grease liquid for coupling the piston and the cylinder bore diameter and set the piston assembly. Fluid: Brake fluid DOT 3 or DOT 4.
| - Install the valve plate, pusher and cover.
|
|
|
Setting | | - Before installation grease sleeve, pin, washer and a pin with a head and a hole for the pin. Grease: CASMOLY L9508.
|
| - Install the slave cylinder and connect a hydraulic tube.
|
|
