Radiator
Radiator cars with petrol engines Withdrawal | - Disconnect the negative battery terminal and the connector from the engine cooling fan.
- Set the temperature control in the passenger compartment at a maximum temperature.
- Remove the drain plug on the radiator and drain the coolant into a suitable container.
- Loosen the hose clamps and remove the upper and lower hoses from the radiator.
- On vehicles with automatic transmission disconnect hoses from the oil cooler.
| To eliminate the leaking transmission fluid, and dirt in the system, close the ends of the hoses of an oil radiator with suitable plugs. |
- Remove the bolts of the radiator.
- Remove the radiator with radiator fan.
- Remove the fan motor from the radiator.

Check | - Check for bent radiator fins. If necessary, using a comb, straighten platinum.
- Check the radiator for cracks, damage and leaks.
- Check the radiator hoses for cracks, damage and scuffs.
- Check the expansion tank for damage.
- Check the radiator cap.
- Check the valve opening pressure of radiator cap.
- Check the radiator cap gasket for cracks or damage.

Check the engine cooling fan | | - Check that the engine cooling fan is rotated upon application of a voltage from the battery.

- Check that when the engine is no extraneous noise.
|

Setting | - Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. Fill in the required amount of cooling required coolant.
- Start up the engine and let it run for as long as the thermostat valve open, then stop the engine.
- Remove the radiator cap and add coolant to the upper edge of the neck of the radiator.
- Check for leaks from the cooling system.

Radiator cars with diesel engines of 2.0 liters Withdrawal Check | - Check for bent radiator fins. If necessary, using a comb, straighten platinum.
- Check the radiator for cracks, damage and leaks.
- Check the radiator hoses for cracks, damage and scuffs.
- Check the expansion tank for damage.
- Check the radiator cap.
- Check the hoses of an oil radiator cracks, damage and scuffs.
