Wishbone rear suspension
Withdrawal | | - Remove the rear wheel.
|
- Disconnect draft stabilizer bar.
| - Remove the bolts and remove the trailing arm rear suspension.
|
| - Remove the bolt wishbone rear suspension to the support hub.
|
- Support beam rear jack and remove the bolts of the beam to the body.
- Remove the rear beam and levers.
|
|
Dismantling | | - Install special tools 09545-28100 and 09545-25000 on the wishbone rear suspension.
|
- Squeeze out bush wishbone rear suspension.
|
|
Check | - Check the bushing for wear and deterioration.
- Check leverage the lack of bending or damage.
- Check all bolts.
|
|
Assembly | - Lubricate with soapy water and place the bushing installation sleeve on the arm.
- The special tool 09552-25000 press in bush in lever.
|
|
Setting Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. Tighten all threaded connections demanded moment. Torque: * Bolts trailing arm rear suspension: 100-120 N ??? m Bolts trailing arm bracket Rear suspension: 40-50 N ??? m Bolts of bracket stabilizer bar: 17-26 N ??? m Traction stabilizer bar: 35-45 N ??? m * Nut front / rear wishbone rear suspension: 130-150 N ??? m Bolts rear beam: 100-120 N ??? m
| * Denotes threaded connections to be tightened to torque only after setting the vehicle on its wheels. |
