Hood
Withdrawal Open the hood and enclose pure rags under the corners, to protect the paintwork when removing the hood of the car. Disconnect the hose from the washer nozzles and connectors. Tie the hose and pin thin long cord. Pull out the hood wiring and hose them untie the cord, leave it in the hood. Subsequently the cord required for the installation of wiring in the hood and the hose. Marker, mark the position of the hinges on the hood.

Disconnect the hood from the gas-filled stop (Fig. 7.2). Ask the assistant to support the hood in the open position, remove the bolts left and right hood hinges, and, being careful, remove the hood.
Setting Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following. With two assistants, set the hood and replace the bolts at the hands of the hood hinges. Align hood hinges according to earlier made labels and tighten the hood screws.
Adjusting the hood Due to the elongated holes in the hood, adjust the longitudinal and lateral position of the hood. Close the hood and check its location relative to adjacent surfaces. Adjust the hood so that the hood in the closed perimeter gap was the same from all sides.

Screwing or twisting buffer, adjust the front of the bonnet in the vertical plane (Fig. 7.3). Check the height of the installation of rubber buffers as follows. Open the hood and on top of the rubber buffer glue pieces of plasticine. Close and re-open the hood. Measure the thickness of the deformed pieces of plasticine. If necessary, remove the rubber buffer on the required distance. Loosen the bonnet catch bolts. Adjust the bonnet by moving it in the longitudinal and transverse directions, as well as height-adjustable hood installation.
