Lift the glass and mark the position of the window handle. Remove spring bracket handle window, inserting a piece of cloth between the handle and the door trim and stretching the fabric in one direction or the other opposite ends of the bracket (Fig. 7.6). After removing the staples, remove the handle from the window shaft splines.

Remove the inner triangular cover, remove the three screws and the outside rearview mirror (Fig. 7.7). Uncover the internal handle of the front door.

Insert puller upholstery or a screwdriver with a wide flat-blade between the door trim and the door, and then press the trim of the door (Fig. 7.8). Disconnect the connectors. Remove an arm of the inside door handle.

Remove pylevlagozaschitnuyu film, gradually separating it from the door frame (Fig. 7.9). Remove the screws and remove the speaker from the front door. Remove the outer seal belt front door. Remove the outer seal glass front door.

Lower the glass doors and turn out bolts of fastening of glass to the window (Fig. 7.10). Tightening torque - 8-12 Nm.

Climb up while Hatchback glass, clear glass door (Fig. 7.11). Unscrew the nuts and remove the guide window windows assembly. Tightening torque - 4-6 Nm. Remove the front door lock and pull the inside door handle. Remove the outside handle of the front door. Remove the door wiring harness. Remove the side door moldings. Remove directing glass doors and door seal. Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following. When installing the film seals the door trim butyl tape should not be placed over the area of fastening clamps door trim.
Adjusting the doors Check the alignment of the door with the body, and then the uniformity of the gap between the front and rear, top and bottom of the door and the body. The gap around the perimeter of the door and the body must be uniform.

Adjusting the shock plate of the door lock Make sure that the door closes easily and straight. If the door is loose, tighten the bolts the door hinges. If necessary, adjust the position of the door relative to adjacent surfaces as follows: - Circle marker for future orientation of the door lock strike plate;

- Loosen the screws that secure the shock plate and drag inward or outward to provide a reliable closing of the door. The outer door panel must be flush with the adjacent bodywork element (Fig. 7.12). Slide the shock plate up or down to align with the groove of the castle. Tighten the screws and check again the reliability of the closure of the lock and door position.
A WARNING Keep the outside door handle in the "open" position and push the door to the body to align the groove of the door lock with the impact plate. |
Glass doors If the glass does not rise evenly when it is closed, remove the door trim and loosening bolts to the window, adjust the tilt of the glass in the front-rear direction.
Replacing the door seal Door seal requires special attention, as the appearance of the seal of fractures not only leads to a breach of integrity, but also increases the noise from the air flow when the vehicle is moving. To keep the seal in good condition to handle it means made deer fat, which excludes freezing in winter to seal the door. On vehicles with long life seal sits down with time, which results in undesirable noise from wind, drafts and penetration of rain water into the interior of the vehicle.
