Dismantling
| Fig. 7.19. Removing the hatch from the gutter
|
Remove the stopper movement of the hatch. Remove the sun hood.
| Fig. 7.20. Reversing screw fastening directing hatch

| Fig. 7.21. Location of screws securing the motor drive of the hatch
|
Remove the screws and remove the motor drive of the hatch assembly (Fig. 7.21).
A WARNING When removing the motor drive sunroof rail assembly must be in the fully latched position. If there is a discrepancy between the position of the glass and the electric motor in the fully closed position, the hatch will not work correctly. |
Setting Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
A WARNING | Fig. 7.22. Location limit switch (LS1 and LS2) of the motor during the installation of the hatch
|
|
Make sure that the limit switch (LS1 and LS2) of the electric motor is completely closed (Fig. 7.22). Align the center of the guide roller and the guide marks in the fully latched position.
Check the action of the hatch after installation If the glass panel sunroof moves slowly, check the status and adjust the door. Make sure the battery is fully charged. Ensure that the guide hatch no abrasive particles. Make sure that when you open the rear glass panel part does not touch on the roof. Otherwise, completely open the glass panel and slide the front.
A WARNING If the limiter is moved too far ahead, possible failure or leaking hatch. Make sure that the gap between the glass panel and the roof panel is not more than 0.3 mm. |
| Fig. 7.23. The direction of rotation of the adjusting nut (1) of the motor (2) to reduce (a) or increase (b) force
|
Measure the force generated by the engine when moving hatch and turn the adjusting nut motor, adjust it to 15-25 kg (Fig. 7.23). After the adjustment, lock nut safety washer.
Adjusting the hatch Check that the difference between the height of the glass panels and the roof is in the following ranges: - Front - 0 (0, -1.0) mm; - Rear - 0 (1; 0) mm. If the position of the glass panel with respect to the roof panel is out of tolerance, adjust the position of the glass panel as follows:
| Fig. 7.24. Location front and rear glass panel screws
|
- Loosen the front and rear glass panel mounting screws and adjust the height of the glass panel with respect to the roof panel (Fig. 7.24).
| Fig. 7.25. Location nuts glass panel sunroof
